Everything was fantastic - the owner was great, the location was superb, and the apartment itself was gorgeous. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. The weather was amazing on our last day, and we enjoyed the beautiful garden. The only suggestion we have is to install a small canopy for rainy days, but it didn't affect our overall experience. Thank you, Nick, for a wonderful stay!

The location of the apartment was great, right by the river and just across the bridge from the stadium. It was very convenient to reach local attractions and the city center. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with secured access and a key safe for convenience. The host, Nick, was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent communication and even allowing us to drop off our bags early. the location and facilities were fantastic.

We wish there was clearer information about the parking situation. It would have been helpful to know which side of the street to park on upon arrival, as all the spaces had already been taken by the time we figured it out.

During my recent stay in Cardiff, I had the opportunity to stay at 1 Fitzhamon Embankment. Although I stayed at the hotel only for transit purposes, I found it to be a convenient choice due to its proximity to the nearest airport, which was just 14 km away. This made my journey hassle-free and allowed me to save valuable time during my travel.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was that I wish I had known about the parking situation before arriving at the hotel. The database did not indicate which side of the street to park on, and as a result, all the spaces were taken by the time I found out that one side was reserved for residents and the other side was metered parking.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. Property was fabulous. Short walk from city centre, Castle, Bute Park and water bus to Cardiff Bay. Apartment was great. Comfy beds, good shower and plenty of room. It had everything we needed, including nice little extra touches - from board games to spare lightbulbs. Nick the host was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely use again.

I had the pleasure of staying in the apartment with a large patio garden, and it felt like having my own private oasis right in the heart of the city. BBQ nights with friends were a blast! The location of the apartments is unbeatable, with Cardiff Bay just a water taxi ride away. It felt like being transported to a vibrant waterfront paradise with an incredible selection of shops and restaurants. Sundays at the international food market were an absolute treat, right across the street from the apartment.

The kitchen in my apartment was showing some wear and tear, with loose floor tiles and a hob that needed repair. Would be great to see some updates and maintenance improvements in that area.
